Fees & Payment

Self-funding patients

Consultation fees for patients funding their own care are:

Initial consultation

Follow-up consultation

In recognition of the fact that patients seeking rhinoplasty may see a number of potential surgeons, consultations regarding cosmetic nasal surgery are charged at the follow-up rate (£175).

Please note that additional fees are charged for necessary diagnostic examinations and procedures performed in clinic, most commonly flexible endoscopic examination of the nose and/or throat (£100.00).  In-clinic treatments such as ear microsuction, nasal cauterisation and Epley manoeuvre are charged at £75.00.

Separate fees may be charged by the hospital or clinic for your clinic attendance and for procedures.  These fees are set by the hospital and invoiced separately, and vary from location to location.  For example, when nasal endoscopic examination is performed, a separate charge of £95-£210 is payable to the clinic itself for use of equipment.

We aim to be completely transparent about the cost of care, and you will be informed in advance if any chargeable procedures are recommended.  If you have any questions about fees, please contact us and a full quote will be provided.

Patients with medical insurance

Mr Jacques is recognised and fee-assured by all major medical insurance providers.  If you have medical insurance, please contact your provider for an authorisation number prior to arranging a consultation.  Depending on your policy terms, there may be an excess fee or shortfall in reimbursement, which is the responsibility of the patient.

If we agree that you require surgical treatment, it is advisable to check again with your insurer that this is fully funded.
